Lisa Ryan. She is 28 years old.

She's studious, steady & steadfast. She's always loved writing, but decided she would rather do a BSc in Computer Sciences than a degree in English literature. She left for London as soon as she could after graduating Willowfall University.

Worked as a DBA – Database Analyst in London. She loved her job, but she also wished she could have done her English Degree as well. After some thought, she decides she's going to go and do it anyway - and saves up to pay for her tuition outright. She earns enough and her studio hardly costs anything in comparison to what she's bringing in after a few years being a headhunted analyst.

She lived in a small studio apartment in London and saved up her money to pay for uni, instead of on a better apartment that would cost more rent.

Returning to Willowfall wasn't going to be easy, but she really wanted that degree, so that's what she was going to do. 

Lisa's Childhood Best Friend... Have been friends since they were 11 years old and met in the Library at school. They were inseparable from then on, and became each other's "other half". Both were secretly smitten with the other even back then, and then they grow apart when Sebastian, and his twin Caspian, move to the US - to LA - to pursue a career in film acting at the age of 16, just before sitting their GCSEs.

These days, he's 28 years old and one of the richest, most successful Hollywood movie stars in the industry and the world. The Ultimate Romanic Lead Guy. The hot hero in, or on, an adventure.

On his most recent film, he connected well to his co-star Kate Whittaker, and they ended up becoming very close friends. Close enough that he invited her to come along and join him and his brother in returning to their home in Willowfall-by-Bough for a small trip back home to his parents house. 

Kate is based in LA, but hails from New York City, and ended being one of the biggest movie celebrities of the decade. With sparking, feisty blue eyes and flame-red hair, she was a constant favourite to play the "cool, extraordinary" female lead in really big movies. She loves her job, loves acting, and is really enjoying her time in Hollywood now. She's laid-back and fun, ready to be friendly and friends with pretty much anybody.

It really surprised her to find a deep connection and friendship with Sebastian De Carr. Even with Caspian, she had a good time and good friends, but with Sebastian, they seemed to instinctively bond, and for the first time in a while, she feels like she actually had a true friend.

Sally is Lisa's best friend. She went to school with Lisa and the De Carr twins, and knows those twins very well. She's a manager of a pub in the town, and she's just adopted a mix-mashup of a dog called Nutter.

Sebastian's twin brother, and equally successful. He doesn't go for the Leading Men roles and enjoys focusing on Indie movies, or sidekick/secondary roles to the Protagonist. He doesn't make quite as much money as his brother, but his status as a Hollywood Icon is firmly established, nevertheless.

Melissa is 21 years old and on the same English Lit course as Lisa, and somehow they ended getting a sort-of interesting friendship going on. Even though Lisa is often more of a mentor or older sister to Melissa, they still get on well and have got to know each other nicely over the past three years.

She had Mediterranean beauty and a gregarious personality, which belies the intelligence and sharp, critical outlook and introspection of the books and prose they read.

Melissa's [ever suffering, adoring & devoted] boyfriend, Cameron, is almost always by her side. He's affable, easy to get on with, and Lisa likes him a lot.

He's a car mechanic apprentice. 

Jamie is 14 — and the "happy accident" little sister that came along when Lisa was 13 year old, herself.

An initial shock to the system, Lisa does love/tolerate Jamie. 

Jamie technically knows Sebastian, but hadn't seen him since she was basically a toddler, and doesn't remember enjoying being babysat by him, and even refusing to be babysat by her own sister unless he was guaranteed to also be there, too.

After Lisa and he get together, he enjoys ruffling her feathers about it, and Jamie enjoys the idea of having "Film Star De Carr" as an in-law.
